Hi my name is Michael Parreno, I  am the owner of Elite Painting Services. LLC ,  though the name may sound grandiose or expensive,  It is the quality of work I am trying to express. It has been said  my prices are more than fair on both residential and commercial painting and wallpaper.

I have been a painter for 27 years  and love what I do!  that's why I'm different,  I  take great pride in making
your home or establishment come to life.  I have learned other trades over the years while in the field however my painting is what makes me happy and leaves  many of my customers happy. I have heard a lot of  horror stories out there by the consumers that make many of good and honest tradesman like myself  upset.

Upset at the fact that I or we have worked very hard for extensive years and with the mind set that you never stop learning your trade , just to have a fake run around with a how to book and smile for the sake of taking your money, with no intention of giving you what you paid for, or maybe not even showing up, I personally recommend to potential consumers to get at least 3 estimates
even if they don't choose me.

 I had my first experience painting when I was 8 years old and with just a couple of days working with a handyman working on the apartment building I grew up in ,and though I did not grow up in a very nice neighborhood and was witness to a lot of bad stuff , I knew verses all my other options. I liked the honesty and fulfillment of the stair risers I painted.

I later found myself  in a situation at age 13 1/2  that left me making a choice work to survive or  don't survive, long story short I met an elderly Italian painter on a job site one day and he over heard me asking for a job from the carpenter and asked if I could paint and I had so I said yes, now at the time Augusto Oliviero was well into his sixties but was in great physical condition, and so to me it was an opportunity to gain some physical conditioning as well as learn a craft .


 true painters were highly regarded as was my mentor by people whom were after true quality, I recall other painters soliciting advice from him inside of paint stores instead of the paint sales representatives themselves.

My first year I quickly learned why painters then had great conditioning, after witnessing the 70 year old lift a fully extended  water logged 40ft wooden  extension ladder around a house all day for 11 hours, I personally have not to many people that hungry and quality conscience as my mentor was.

I like to speak freely much like my mentor did so, because like him I  have nothing to hide, my work vehicle has my company name lettered on it with 5 gold stars following my  slogan "Where Quality Truly Prevails" and as many  of my previous consumers can attest to I earned them all and have lived by my slogan  for the last 27 years I gave my company the name  "Elite Painting Services"  for a reason,  not because I believe I am the best ! or know the most,  It's because I know I can sleep at night knowing I gave it above and beyond every time!

I pride myself in the fact that I complete every job with total  conscientiousness, neatness and most importantly honesty , I believe these are the keys that will always leave a consumer with the highest quality.  It also has to be combined with skill backed and knowledge, earned by experience of course.  I personally attempt to make each project better then the last.

I still believe in the hand shake and a mans word is kept on that hand shake, I may not present you with a phone book sized contract, a stiff  smile, a bunch of fancy works or the over whelming odor of  man perfume .

I do however show up listen and observe your project and concerns and answer them , most importantly I reply with the best materials on the market and a fair price by today's standards to apply those products following correct procedure's , I like my mentor have always chosen to use Benjamin Moore Paints for it's quality verses the larger competitors, because it is the longest standing Paint company in the country for good reason. I always attempt to sway my potential consumers to consumers toward there products even if it costs me a little in my sales for that reason.

Call me a fool but, I choose to be part of a group that still believes in honorable ethics with-in our trades.  I would like to bring you! back to a time when   "what you payed for, you got "  In a good way!  If for anything the reason being I care about what I do!  big or small,  residential or commercial,  new or old.

for me  school is never ending in my trade, and though I do offer at times and can do other trades well,  I stick to what I do the best and that is painting!  I do not believe in trying to be a  

Jack of all trades because as the old saying go's  " A Jack of all and master of none"   I much rather be known for mastering my trade.

I can never understand  the consumer whom hires anyone but a certified painting craftsman to paint their  home or establishment.

I begun my trade when you had to work your way up in a paint company past guy's whom had 10 maybe 30 years experience and they would push you to your limit through the course of the first day and   I can recall some being sent home for not wearing their white's, dirtying their white's beyond recognition , not performing proper preparation to a surface, spilling paint, not knowing how to remedy a mistake or refusing to remedy a mistake, swearing on a job site, destroying vegetation beyond repair, speaking to customers or being less than polite,  not covering surroundings properly, not taking safety precautions , overall  destroying property at any level.

Including: paint spatters on floors , windows, furniture, appliances, vehicles, your cat, clothing etc.... for this you would only be allowed to be considered a painters helper  at best if you were lucky or you were nicely never called back for work the next day and these were times when on a blue color level you could make a good living as a painter.

I can honestly say I have never been subjected to this treatment, I have been requested among many in company's I have worked for because of neatness , politeness and my quality.

For this reason I do a lot of work on my own, I have been lucky enough to have had a mentor, I have been lucky enough to love what I do in life and I have been lucky enough meet and work with some of the most knowledgeable people in my trade and I have taken advice, skill and experience to heart and derived my own style that allows me to do so.

It bothers me to hear a potential consumer complain to me  they just had their home painted or stained 2 years ago, for an obscene amount and it is now failing, It bothers me more to inform a potential client , "this will cost more to fix" because of the lack of knowledge or care by the last person.

That being said!

I have many of good years ahead of me in my trade and would gladly honor the opportunity to share them with anyone in search of an capable, fair and hardworking businessman that you can count on to do what they say their  going to do!   Threw to fruition,  there are many good applicators out there but in order to supersede your expectations you need a master craftsman.

Please save your self the  headache  and

Skip the call backs for paint and application failures and contract miss-leading's, skip the company's  that are trying to make their last mistake your problem, skip the company's  whom leave crews  of strangers on your property.
