Since 1983, Mike Parreno, the owner and operator of Elite Painting Services LLC. has been held in high regard by many of his peers in the painting industry. He was a talented student and became a master craftsman in his chosen trade. He values honesty, integrity, and cleanliness which enables him to exceed the normal standards of other paint companies. He has over 28 years experience and has worked on thousands of projects across the US in different environments and on a variety of surfaces (wood, drywall, metal, etc.). Mike is a well rounded master craftsman who you can trust to provide the highest quality work at a fair price.
Mike is happy to provide verifiable references of his past work. He will show up as scheduled, take notes and measurements, and supply you with a honest and fair estimate within 2 business days. Mike does almost all of the work by himself, yet he is able to work at the speed of a larger crew due to his vast knowledge and experience. He may have an occasional family member (one of his sons) assist him as needed. Mike has trained them as he was taught when he was starting out as an apprentice painter. No matter if the project is residential or commercial, old or new, big or small, there are no unsupervised strangers left on your premises or any superintendents or managers to deal with.
Elite Painting offers a 4 year warranty on exterior work and guarantees all work performed. Also available is a complimentary 2 hour color consult with a licensed designer for any contract over $3,000. In addition, all remaining materials are left to clients for future use after the standard 2 coats are applied to your project.
