                                                                At  Elite Painting Services LLC.  We take pride in guarantying complete service and satisfaction. All work is performed and overseen by the  "Owner"  Mike Parreno with

                                                28 years of experience in many levels of paint work backing him!

                                                                            

                                                                             Preparation for interior:                                                               

                                                                             All home furnishings are moved and covered with plastic ;  floors are covered with clean drop cloths, wall plates are removed ,  walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks, and imperfections and are properly remedied.

                                                                           

                                                                             Preparation for exterior:

                                                  All outside furniture and decor is moved to safety, the exterior is pressure washed (Biodegradable Chemicals) as needed are used to remove mildew and dirt,

                                                   windows are covered when spraying or brushing and rolling on a windy days.

                                                                           

                                                                            Painting - New Work:

                                                                            This includes meticulous priming as needed prior to applying two coats of quality paint products such as Benjamin Moore or  (by request only) Sherwin Williams . 

                                                                          

                                                                            Painting - Old Work:

                                                                            This includes all the above and below with scraping, sanding and priming as needed.

                                                                          

                                                                            Cleaning and Restoration:                   

                                                                            Rooms are returned to their prior state as is exterior - This includes the moving of furniture, tape is removed, wall plates ( cleaned of existing paint)  and reinstalled, floors and carpets are swept or vacuumed, and all debris is removed and properly discarded.

                                                                         

                                                                            Inspection:            

                                                                            Your satisfaction is my highest priority , that being said I attempt to make daily inspections and updates with each client and always make a final inspections before receiving final payment.

                                                                           

                                                                            Warranties:

                                                                             A  4 year warranty is offered on exterior work when a Lifetime material is purchased by Benjamin Moore - A 3 year warranty is offered on any competitive brand - No warranty is offered on interior work , however if a miss or mistake due to Elite's negligence is      

                                                                             found with in a reasonable time frame and when my schedule permits I would gladly return to remedy the problem.
